Welcome to KIVO

KIVO is a community marketplace for the Bavaro-Punta Cana area. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and useful space for everyone — locals, expats, and visitors alike. These guidelines help ensure a positive experience for all users. By using KIVO, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the built-in reporting tools on the platform. You can report listings (6 reasons), chat conversations, and user profiles. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and we respond as quickly as possible.

In addition to reporting, you can block any user directly from the chat screen. Blocking prevents them from messaging you or initiating new conversations. You can manage your blocked-users list in your profile settings. General feedback or bug reports can be sent through the in-app feedback feature.

Child Safety

KIVO has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any content or behavior that endangers minors. KIVO is intended for users 18 years of age and older; accounts created by minors will be removed.

If you encounter any material depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation on our platform, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

We cooperate with international child safety organizations and comply with applicable reporting laws in the Dominican Republic. Reports are reviewed urgently; violators are permanently banned and, where required by law, reported to the competent authorities.

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you can appeal by contacting us at admin@kivoclas.com. Please include your account details and a description of the situation. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
